“Recovery from Crossfit injury…and I was able to get some sleep!”
I found (REPS) through my crossfit class. I injured my knee and had an ACL replacement. With the in house rehab and the thorough workouts that was given to me to do at home, I recovered without any issues. A few months later I tore my rotator cuff and my Orthopedic repaired the rotator cuff and snipped and reattached my bicep muscle. The recovery was long and difficult but with the help of (REPS) I came through with flying colors. I am fully recovered now. (REPS) went above and beyond for me when they loaned me a recliner to sleep in while I had to wear the cumbersome sling for 4 weeks. That recliner really helped me get some sleep.Thank you (REPS)!!
